There were not a lot of cars in the parking lot. The other hotel was totally booked, so we had no choice but to stay here or drive further. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, did not smell. The staff were kind and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed sitting in the pool area watching them. We were on the first night of an 11 day trip and this hotel was comparable to more expensive hotels that we stayed at.
We stay here every time we visit family nearby. The owners always welcome us back and keep us in the loop with local info. They take pride in their hotel and work to keep it in good repair. We appreciated the in room refrigerator. I didn't use the pool, but my brother has during other visits and enjoyed the workout.
Very comfortable and roomy. Clean and quiet. Easy access to restaurants and highway. Would definitely stay here again.
After arriving at approximately 1:30 a.m., we were extremely happy to be greeted immediately with a quick and easy check-in. The beds were really comfortable, and because we were on the backside of the hotel (away from the expressway), we did not experience any extra noise outside. Staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but not much variety. Overall very good stay for a reasonable price. WiFi went out after a short power outage, but worked well until then.
We stayed here one night while riding our tandem bicycle from Canton to Fort Wayne. The owner is on site and very friendly. The room was nice, good shower, good bed, ok linens. They have a very nice indoor pool. We walked across the parking lot to Bob Evans for dinner. Breakfast was typical, no fruit.
